01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Corelix Tech on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use our applications.

These Terms apply to all users of Corelix Tech applications, regardless of location or platform.

02 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Corelix Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit our applications or any portion thereof.

03 Restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our applications or their content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks within our applications.
• Use our applications for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to our applications.
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with our applications in a manner not intended by design.

04 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum technical requirements for our applications and for maintaining the security of your device and any accounts associated with our apps.

You agree to use our applications only in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

05 App Permissions

Our applications may request access to certain device features and data such as camera, storage, internet connectivity, or notifications. Each permission is requested only when required for the app's core functionality.

You may deny permissions at any time through your device settings. However, certain features of the application may not function correctly without the relevant permissions.

06 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our applications — including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, user interface, trademarks, and content — are owned by or licensed to Corelix Tech.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. Your use of our applications does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license described in Section 2.

07 Third-Party Content & Links

Our applications may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, or content. Corelix Tech is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Your use of third-party services accessed through our applications is governed by their respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review those policies before use.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corelix Tech disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our applications will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corelix Tech and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, our applications.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought and whether or not Corelix Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Updates & Termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our applications or features at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our applications.

We may also terminate or suspend your access to our applications at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the application immediately ceases and you must uninstall it from your devices.

11 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also provide notice through in-app messaging.

Your continued use of our applications following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
